RedundancyProcess.co.uk is a trading name of Ardoc Media Ltd, registered in Scotland. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

2. What data we collect
When you purchase and complete an intake form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and location
- Details about your employee's role, start date and employment terms
- The reason for redundancy
- Any other information you include in your intake form
When you make a payment, Stripe collects your payment card details. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing and is available at stripe.com.
When you visit our website, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about your visit including pages viewed, time on site and approximate location. This is done via cookies.
3. Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Produce and deliver your Redundancy Process Pack
- Send your PDF to the email address you provide
- Process your payment via Stripe
- Respond to any questions or support requests you raise
- Understand how our website is used, so we can improve it (Google Analytics)
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following bases:
- Contract: to fulfil the service you have purchased
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve our service
- Legal obligation: where required by law
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third-party services required to operate this business:
- Tally, for intake form processing
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Google Workspace, for email delivery of your pack
- Google Analytics, for anonymised website usage data
All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to deliver the service and meet any legal obligations. In practice this means:
- Intake form data and your pack are retained for 12 months after delivery, then deleted
- Payment records are retained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes
- Email correspondence is retained for 12 months
7. Cookies
We use cookies for Google Analytics. These are analytical cookies that help us understand how visitors use our site. They do not identify you personally.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This will not affect your ability to use or purchase from this site.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
