RedundancyProcess.co.uk is a trading name of Ardoc Media Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Ardoc Media Ltd.

We provide structured process guidance documents for UK small business owners handling a single employee redundancy. The Redundancy Process Pack is a digital document product. It includes:

3. What this service is not

This is not legal advice. It is not HR consultancy. It is not a compliance guarantee. All documents are clearly labelled as draft guidance based on the information you provide and current ACAS guidance.

We do not make judgements about your specific legal position, interpret edge cases, or advise on disputes. If your situation involves potential discrimination claims, pregnancy, long-term sickness, collective redundancy (20 or more employees) or union involvement, this service is not appropriate and you should seek professional legal advice.

4. Suitability

This service is designed for straightforward, single-employee redundancies at UK businesses with fewer than 20 staff and no internal HR support. It is your responsibility to confirm this service is suitable for your situation before purchasing. If you are unsure, do not purchase. Contact us first.

5. Accuracy of information

The quality and accuracy of your pack depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide in the intake form. We are not responsible for errors in your pack that result from incomplete or inaccurate submissions.

6. Price and payment

The current price is £149 (including VAT where applicable). Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. You will receive a payment confirmation by email.

7. Delivery

Your completed PDF pack will be delivered to the email address you provide within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery times may be longer over UK public holidays. If you have an urgent deadline, note this in your intake form and we will prioritise where possible.

Delivery is by email only. We do not post physical documents.

8. Refund policy

Because this is a bespoke digital product produced specifically for you, different rules apply compared to physical goods.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and submitting your intake form, you expressly request that we begin producing your pack immediately. By doing so, you acknowledge that once your pack has been delivered, you lose your right to a 14-day cooling-off period refund.

To request a refund, email us at hello@redundancyprocess.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase. Include your name, purchase date and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 working days.

Refunds, where approved, are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

9. Intellectual property

Your pack is produced for your personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the contents of your pack with third parties for commercial purposes. Copying the structure or content of the pack for the purpose of creating a competing product is not permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide this service in good faith based on the information you provide and current ACAS guidance. We are not liable for:

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
